The tourist tax of 2.4 euros per person per night is included in the price. On over 70m2, the holiday apartment offers everything you need. It has a bedroom with a large bed (200cm x 200cm), a sofa bed (160cm x190cm) in the living area, an open kitchen with dining area, fireplace, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a separate toilet. Thanks to the pull-out sofa bed in the living area, the holiday apartment can accommodate 4 people. From a spacious terrace you have a wonderful view of the Traunstein, Traunsee and the surrounding mountains. The holiday apartment is surrounded by greenery and is the perfect starting point for excursions in the Salzkammergut. Important: - The nearest supermarket is 3 kilometers away. - The house is located on a mountain at an altitude of 500 meters and can only be reached by car. - Me and my children live on the floor above the holiday apartment. - I own a dog, but it is child-friendly. -For the city of Altmünster, a tourism expense of 2.40 euros per night and person is paid, which is already included in the price and is not charged additionally. -Cleaning costs are included in the price

Wir bieten 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine grosse Wohnküche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, Waschmaschine und Fön. Weiters bieten wir einen Parkplatz, 1 Flatscreen und WLAN. Von unserer Ferienwohnung, die Abseits der Durchzugsstraße direkt am Waldrand liegt, sind sie in 15 Minuten zu Fuß im Ortszentrum von Traunkirchen, ebenfalls in 15 Minuten bei weiteren Geschäften, einer Bäckerei und der Ärztin mit angeschlossener Apotheke. Den Bahnhof erreichen sie zu Fuß in 20 Minuten, eine Bushaltestelle in 10 Minuten. Öffentliche Badeplätze im Ortsteil Winkl und im Zentrum von Traunkirchen sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
