Collier House is a 1000 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that accommodates 7 guests. We offer luxurious memory foam mattresses and premium bedding, WiFi , and parking to accomodate your ATV. We are happy to make special requests or accommodations. We are centrally located in Coalmont, TN only 5 minutes from the entrance of the OHV off road park. We are located only 15 minutes from the South Cumberland park trailheads and from The Caverns event venue. We are 1 hour away from Chattanooga.

New 2 bedroom cabin in the Water's Edge community. Spacious family room to enjoy fireplace, TV, and dining area. Private hot tub! Master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds, trundle, and a loft. Outdoor living space patio with a grill, table, couch, and firepit. Multi video game system. There is a community lake, playground, and hiking trail. We have two stand-up paddle boards, 1 adult kayak, and 1 child kayak. Pack n' play and high chair available.

Space for multiple OHV Trailers to Park! Welcome to Sunset Acres! This freshly renovated Barndominium is the perfect spot for outdoor enthusiasts and equine lovers alike. Enjoy a large communal living area with plenty of seating for the entire family. Behind the garage door are large windows that will let in all the light and none of the outside elements. Important Note: Ladybugs are very common in our region. Certain times a year we do experience some ladybugs inside of homes.

NEW Big Mouth Cave Retreat 7 min walk to caverns

This house is approximately 1700 sq. ft and is located on 2.25 acres in the valley of Pelham, TN on Payne Cove Road. Enjoy a scenic view from the porch or stay cozy by building a fire in the wood fireplace. The home is a 7 minute walk to the entrance of the Caverns if you're here to enjoy a show. This home can be accessed about six miles off of exit 127 on I-24. It is located about an hour from Nashville & Chattanooga. It is about 10 miles to Monteagle and 15 to Sewanee.

Sisters Point Cabin

Sisters Point is a beautiful bluff front cabin perfect for getting away from it all. Situated on a very quiet tree lined street just 1 mile from Monteagle and 5 miles from Sewanee. Within a 15-30 min drive to numerous local attractions to include The Caverns, Bonnaroo Music Festival, Fiery Gizzard, University of the South, Dutch Maid Bakery, Greeter Falls and Stone Door, numerous arts and crafts fairs and music festivals throughout the year.
