Within the gated community,you can access a communal pavilion, an outdoor fireplace,multiple firepits,three hiking trails, & one of the tallest waterfalls inTN. Located a short 15 minute drive to OHV park!

Phelps Pharm, I Was Almost A Treehouse

The treehouse you always wanted as child but can enjoy as an adult. I started out next to three trees that had to be removed but you still may feel a treehouse sway if the wind blows the right way. We are a working farm raising beef cattle and offer horseback riding lessons, arena rides and trail rides along with kayaking down our local river in McMinnville. Our guests have the opportunity to experience farm life and assist us in gathering eggs, feeding the cows or helping with the horses.

Waterfall Log Cabin

Cozy Log Cabin just feet away from the top of our 2 magnificent private waterfalls. The Falls at Sewanee Creek is located in America’s most biodiverse area on Tennessee's Eco-Rich Cumberland Plateau. Walk to the observation bench at the top of the biggest 50 ft waterfall. Follow the trail behind the falls. Adventure awaits on a rugged, bouldering hike, past cascades and the second big waterfall to two private caves. Disclaimer: Flow of all Waterfalls is subject to weather fluctuations.

Sunrise Mountain Cabin

Welcome to Sunrise Mt. Cabin is located on top of the Cumberland Plateau with a great view of the valley check out our 2 other cabins Patriot's Retreat & Sunrise Mtn Treeshouse. The cabin has approximately 1400 square feet and is fully furnished with full kitchen and more. Hiking trails and fishing pond only a short walk away. Several major state parks with hikes within a few miles of the cabin. The cabin has fiber optic WiFi which is not shared. Pet cats not allowed; we are allergic.

The Retreat offers a cozy cottage for down time & you have the option to hike trails down to falls area, socialize with other guests or sit and have your own Fire in our fire pit on the property and just relax! Local Restaurants minutes away, lake access 10 minutes away with beautiful woodsy setting perfect for getting away from the hustle of everyday life! Covered patio for relaxing and you can eat outdoors with a grill guests can use and a fully equipped kitchen if you choose to cook.

Cabin just had a makeover with a new queen bed! This cabin for 2 is located on 2+ acres of forest in the mountains. Endless hiking trails in the area... Grundy Lakes just down the hill... This 250 sf tiny home has a kitchenette ( sink, microwave and mini fridge) a dining table and queen size bed, in one large room. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet. Includes wifi access and a patio. The Caverns are close by! Due to a life-threatening allergy, I cannot host any service animals.

You'll enjoy: Coffee (Keurig), TVs for evening movies, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, single use bathroom amenities, charging stations for electronics, firepit with Adirondack chairs, hammocks, a huge deck with bluetooth speakers, porch swing, dining table and gas grill!

This unique tiny cabin is located in the valley of Pelham, TN on Payne Cove Road. The cabin is a 8 minute walk to the entrance of the Caverns if you're here to enjoy a show or to go on a cave tour. We are 6 miles from I-24 off exit 127. 1 hour to Nashville or Chattanooga and 10 miles to Sewanee or Monteagle.
