No apto para personas de sueño ligero, obras en los alrededores y en el edificio. Playa a 350 metros. Estación de autobuses y tren a 1 km, 15 minutos andando. Mare Nostrum a 19 minutos andando Skate Park a 10 minutos. Centro Comercial Miramar a 10 minutos.
