More importantly, our alpacas will be your neighbors on the other side of the fence. If you are interested in feeding or meeting them, be sure to let us know so we can pencil you into their busy grazing schedule (ha, ha) during your stay. Cottagecore Apartment - Hot Tub - Quiet, Country

Cozy, 450 sf attached apartment outside New Braunfels - 4 mi. from Comal and historic district, 5 mi. from Guadalupe and Gruene, 11 mi. from Canyon Lake. Explore by day, then escape to a greenscaped acre home. Relax in the hot tub or sip wine by the firepit. Kitchenette has toaster oven, microwave, and electric skillet (no stove). Apartment is small, bathroom is REALLY small (shower only), but we have everything you need to be comfortable.

Guest House at Green Acres

Come relax at the guest house. A quiet neighborhood gives this place a country feel and yet it's less than 10 min to downtown, 12 min to Gruene or Schlitterbahn! Watch the deer while drinking coffee in bed, or pick some eggs from the chicken coop for an at-home brunch in the full kitchen. Have a fire in the fire pit and watch the birds, or stay cozy inside while lounging in the comfortable reclining loveseat. An EV charger is also available.

Cows, windmills, sunsets, fire pit, wide open night sky, grill. Check in 3 pm/Check out 11 am.
