Nice, clean, secured, peaceful, spacious and comfortable Studio with private entrance for max 2 persons in a beautiful house located in prestigious Pacifico gated community in Playas del Coco, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Pacifico is a beautiful high-end community. El Coco is a beach town located 20 min. from Liberia Int'l airport (LIR). We're near beaches, volcanos, waterfalls, adventure parks, nature and forest. We recommend having a car/golf car to get around! The Studio is 1.3 miles to Beach.

Studio unit with a private entrance on the pool area. Great location 25min from LIR Airport, 2 min from the beautiful beaches of Playa Panama, 8 min to Playa Hermosa and grocery as well as daily monkey troops passing through the trees. It has a full kitchen, AC, a Queen size Murphy bed, Starlink WIFI, Hot water and secure parking space. The full gym and pool are yours to use. We often have fresh eggs to share as well as a garden where you can pick your own salad greens and herbs.

Ideally located, you are close to all amenities and many activities. Liberia airport is at around 40 kilometres.

Welcome to my Tiny House! This is where I lived until a couple of months ago, and you will be staying on the property where I grew up. Your neighbors will be my parents, Siria and Alvaro; you will likely see them around. This charming little house is located in the heart of Monteverde, just 500 meters from the Bajo del Tigre private reserve. Each morning, you’ll be greeted by the melodious calls of the Bellbirds and other birds.

Ubicado a 800 mts de la entrada principal a la playa de Playa Grande, Parque Nacional Marino Las Baulas. Otras playas cercanas son Tamarindo y Ventanas. Hay buenas olas para surfear y tour de canoas en la Reserva Biologica Estero de Tamarindo.
