Nuestro espacio es una típica casa de Guanajuato dividida en 5 desniveles con dos terrazas una techada y otra expuesta, vista panorámica espectacular, se puede apreciar desde comedor, cocina y cuarto principal, nos ubicamos en carretera panorámica, contamos con un cajón de estacionamiento techado dentro de nuestras instalaciones , estamos de 10 a 15 minutos del centro bajando por callejones o por el funicular que se encuentra en el Pípila a 400 metros de la casa (5 minutos caminando).

The heated swimming pool and roof top are to be shared in between our three apartments exclusively. The pool features hydromassage and counter current device for swimming. "El Catamarán" is a Mexican style apartment, ideal for 2-4 people. It has a double bed , a full bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen bar and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge and dining ware). The apartment is located in Guanajuato downtown, just a 10-minute walk to Jardín de la Unión, Callejón del Beso and most of the city highlights.
