Parks, shopping Malls, places to drink, eat and dance just few blocks away, very easy to catch a taxi. Very charming and well decorated apartment, close to North, downtown and south of Guayaquil. The apartment is good for couples, business travelers and family with kids. People can also enjoy a very nice gym, a spa and sauna.
