Small rural stone house restored with private garden and parking, offers tranquillity and a stunning view to Serra da Freita and Frecha da Mizarela waterfall. Great starting point to reach the remote hills of Freita, where you can enjoy long hikes, river baths or simply visit the geological and archaeological sites of Arouca Geopark. Located in a small rural village in the hills, nearby you can find a grocery store and good restaurant with local gastronomy. Porto city is just 50 min away by car.

Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. The house enjoys excellent exposure to sunlight and is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms and another room without a window, each room has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, has two bathrooms and a dining room. It has a balcony all around the house, a huge garden with barbecue and interior space for two cars. The lower part of the house is permanently rented, but only the outside entrance is shared.

.My apartment is at 250 meters from the beach, it is modern, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, 1 oven, 1 fridge, 1 microwave and all the material needed for a kitchen. There is also a washing machine and I have a place to hang clones to dry.
