Suitable for a single traveller, a couple, or friends (max. 2) 5 minutes drive to Hwy 1, Guildford Mall and Guildford Recreation Centre. 35 minutes to downtown and YVR is 37 km away. Walking distance to transit, running track at North Surrey Secondary School and very close to Tynehead Regional Park.
