We are sharing our "happy place". Cozy, family-friendly cottage has everything you need to enjoy a lovely vacation in a quintessential New England town. Ideally located between Guilford's famous green, gorgeous harbor and town beach, easily walk everywhere. High-season/weekend rate reflected in general view--check for actual. Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

Enjoy direct lake access on a trophy bass lake including a beautiful dock. Hot tub overlooking the water open year round. Enjoy dinner in front of beautiful gas fireplace. Amazing sunrises and colorful sunsets. The location and amenities make for a fantastic romantic getaway for two! Centrally located 30 minutes from the Mohegan Casino.

Outside, you can enjoy the breeze from the Riverfront Deck, Sun Bathe, Crab or Fish on the Lower Dock, watch the Eagles fly by, or wander about the wooded property. Bring or rent a Kayak and paddle down the river right to the Long Island Sound.

A cozy home in a beach community that has a central location with easy access to outdoor activities & local restaurants. The home is also 5 minutes from the Branford Train Station, Stony Creek Brewery, & Branford's town center. We are also a 10 minute drive from New Haven, home to Yale University, Yale Hospital and other colleges/universities. Our guests also gain access to Johnsons' Beach, a private residents only beach, located just around the corner from the home (3 minute walk)

Westville Schoolhouse by Stephanie and Damian

The beautiful "School House" sits in the heart of Westville, New Haven's most artsy and eclectic neighborhood. The "School House" is a 15 minute walk to the Westville Concert bowl, and the Yale Football stadium for an easy commute to a concert or game. Just a one minute walk to the center of Westville you will find Lotta's artist studio, Bella's restaurant, RAWA, Pistachio Coffee and Manjares Tapas & Wine, as well as the famous Camacho Garage restaurant amongst other attractions.

Page Guest House

Updated, private detached guest house in the center of Guilford's historic district just steps from the town center. The guest house is completely renovated. Walk to everything including shops and restaurants. Town Beach and doc are just under 1.5 miles away. The second bedroom has a twin bed. You have to walk through twin room to get to master. Apartment is one floor with no steps. Bathroom is tiled and shower is walk in with no lip or tub and is easily accessible.
