The unit sits in the same lot as the shark shack and surf hut, is located near a restaurant and dive shop and has potential for some generator noise.

This house is beautiful and is one of 4 casas on the ranch! It's got so many awesome details and is right by the swimming pool and tennis court. The master bedroom is upstairs, 4-post king bed, and downstairs is another king bed. We have the best WiFi in the whole town now. .
