The Garden Apartment at the Oasis

Our home is nestled high on a hilltop in the established and desirable neighborhood of Vistas Atenas overlooking the quaint town of Atenas. We have unobstructed stunning views from Atenas to the capital city of San Jose, and boast temperatures slightly more moderate than the valley. The daytime views are only surpassed by the dazzling lights at night. We are a sort 3km drive to downtown Atenas. 2 acres of manicured gardens surround our large modern home. Safe and secure parking in our gated and fenced compound. Atenas is well situated making access to all attractions popular with tourists. Juan Santamaria airport 23 km,Pacific coast beaches 40 km, Arenal Volcano 111 km, San Jose 35 km.

Casita Feliz.

This peaceful and centrally-located casita is nestled in a small local neighborhood. A one mile hike to a local waterfall/swim hole, 20 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minute taxi into the center of Samara town. Tucked between the beautiful Samara and Carrillo beaches. We currently share access to this cozy casita, but you have your own entrance. DISCLOSURE there is a carpenter in the neighborhood that works during the day, so this place is best if you plan on relaxing at the beach, or exploring.

We offer four private individual Vacation Rental Villas and a Studio immersed in nature. All our rental Villas are surrounded by lush landscapes for maximum privacy, yet angled to maximize ocean and forest views. This unit is a studio which can be rented with the main villa below or alone. It is completly private.

Located in Santa Elena, Monteverde, these apartaments are just next to our houses, souvenir and info center, both are private with amazing views to the Cloud Forest . We are local artists so apartaments are decoraded with very nice wood bowls, cutting boards and more. Windows are facing to the garden and easily you get to see birds while you are resting, reading or having breakfast. Walk in our natural garden and find orchids, bananas, coffee, sugar cane, and more.
