Less than 2 miles from downtown Gulfport, Jones Park, and Island view Casino or a 25 min walk. Located between Biloxi and Bay St. Louis and < 1.5 hr to NOLA

Outdoor shower/tub 3szn Spacious rooms and plenty of outdoor dining and lounging areas. 5 min walk to the beach, restaurants, or across the street for a to-go daiquiri. We are on a dead-end street with zero car traffic, but! we do have the train, it runs right in front of the house. We love the location and hope you will too.

We can sometimes accommodate early check in, or late check out, but only if requested well in advance. Due to cleaning schedules and bookings such requests cannot be approved with short notice. *24 and older to book.

Located just two blocks from to the Mississippi Sound, a short stroll to the Island View Casinos, Historic Downtown Gulfport and parks, you will find the location ideal! And with its tasteful antique and repurposed vintage furnishings, you will be surrounded by elegance and comfort. Original hardwood floors! Tiled kitchen and baths! And with the front porch sunsets second to none, you will love making a splash at the Mermaid Cottage!

Cottage by the Sand

This small cottage has private bedroom king bed common space that is a combined kitchen and living room area. This common space has a full size comfortable futon and room for an air mattress .The entrance is private. Property is quiet with onsite parking. It is located only a block to beach and a short walk to Islandview Casino. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. An active train track is near the property. Another cottage is available on the property if planning a trip with others.

Everybody needs a vacation in the Bay and on the beach, right? We would love for you and your family to visit “BAY-CAY” Getaway!! This is a beautiful home/cottage located 2 blocks from the beach. You are a 2-3 minute walk from the sandy beach and an awesome fishing pier. The Silver Slipper Casino, with its award winning buffet, is just 1 mile away. You are also 1 mile from Buccaneer State Park and can enjoy the wave pool. The heart of downtown Bay St. Louis is seven miles from our home.

Or head 20-minutes east to Ocean Springs or 20-minutes west to Bay St. Louis where there is no shortage of live music, fantastic restaurants, and great shops.
