Nestled between Greenville and the mountains, this home is great for Clemson trips, lake adventures, close night life, restaurants, family entertainment, & more!

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Architect James Fox designed this cantilevered cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Get away from the daily hustle bustle with calm & relaxing lakeside waters! Our newly renovated home provides a short, easy walk down to your own private dock in a deep water cove. This is your haven on the lake without the water & road traffic of Hartwell. From inside the home, take in the wide lake views from a screened-in patio overlooking the water. *Note as of March 22, 2026 Lake Hartwell is very low and the dock is not accessible*

The Cottage

Relax, recharge, and enjoy the quiet. Unwind on the front porch as the sun sets and nature comes alive with the peaceful sounds of evening. Spend time by the pond and cast a line for a simple, relaxing escape (fishing poles not provided). Private and serene, yet just 5 minutes to Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital—and only 13 miles to Clemson. The perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.
