Villa Karlovasi_Apartment ANTHEMIS

An old traditional house built on 17th century, totally renovated on the early of 2015 We managed to design and built 4 total completed & separated appartments with different colors, architecture design and decoration. Our 4 unique appartments called (ANTHEMIS - NEFELI - IRIDA - ARIADNI) and can provide you a different way of living and enjoying your holidays. We are based only 300m from the port of Karlovasi, near to the famous beaches of Mikro & Megalo Seitani, Potami beach and waterfalls.

Ferienhaus 1 direkt am Meer(DENİZE SIFIR YAZLIK))

Ferienhaus ist vom Tourismusministerium zertifiziert. Das Haus liegt in einer Siedlung und ist direkt an eine Strandpromenade angebunden. Von dort kann die nächste Ortschaft Ürkmez zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreicht werden (Bäckerei, Supermärkte, Wochenmarkt, Apotheke, Ärzte, Restaurants etc...). Die Großstadt Izmir (40 km) ist mit Bus/Dolmus (Minibus) oder mit Taxi erreichbar . Der Sandstrand ist 50 Meter entfernt und im Haus befindet sich ein gekühlter Trinkwasserständer (Sebil) und 3 Klimageräte.

Blue Garden 2

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Chariclea Villas Retreat: Main House

The Main House is the largest of the four independent houses at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco, the Cave of Light and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

Maison Boz Seafront • Garden • in Sıgacık

Denize sıfır konumda, huzurlu bahçesi ve rahat atmosferiyle plajlara yürüyerek 4 dakika mesafede, Sığacık ve, Teos antik kentine, Teos Marinaya araba ile 10 dakika mesafededir. Evde yemek yapmanız için gerekli tüm ekipmanlar mevcuttur. Filtre ve Türk kahve makineleri, airfryer, kitchen chef ve temel mutfak malzemeleri (çay, şeker, tuz vb.) ilk kullanım için hazırdır. Sabun, duş jeli, tuvalet kâğıdı; temiz çarşaf ve havlu yedekleri mevcuttur. Isınma ve soğutma için klima mevcuttur.

Paradise cozy apartment 2

One bedroom cozy apartment at Kedros. Peaceful with amazing view. Acommodates 3 or a couple with a child. Traditional house in tune with natural surroundings that caters all modern needs. Infinity view to Vathy town. Underneath the house there is an unorganized private beach and other organized beaches 5'drive away. Check "Paradise apartment" as well if you are big family or friends who want to arrange holidays together. The two apartments are independent and close to each other.

House on the waves

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.

Nisli Rentals Art Studio

Seaside Escape with Artistic History – 20 min to Urla Once a foreman’s home in the 1990s, later a painter’s and composer’s studio, this house was fully renovated in 2025 to welcome guests again. Just 30m from the sea and 20 minutes from Urla center, it features a 470 m² garden and 60 m² indoor space, ideal for a couple or a family of four. Enjoy stunning sunrises and magical moonlit evenings in a serene setting.

Denize sıfır evimiz siz misafirlerimiz için en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştür. 100 m2 olan bahçemizin tümü açılır kapanır otomatik tente ile kaplıdır. Her türlü hava durumuna göre yaz kış bu alandan faydalanabilirsiniz. Evimiz 3 oda 1 salon ve açık mutfaktan oluşmaktadır. Yatak odasında ebeveyn banyosu bulunmaktadır ve komple deniz manzaralıdır. Zemin İtalyan mermer olup, yerden ısıtmalıdır.

Welcome to Nina’s House, a bright and whitewashed house, just a short walk from the beach! This cozy spot used to be my grandma’s summer home, and now it mixes traditional charm with all the modern comforts to make your stay super relaxing. The lovely courtyard is perfect for catching magical sunsets. Come hang out and enjoy some happy, loving moments in a place made with lots of care!
