Newly renovated loft in a building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and is walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is 30 minutes away and the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Welcome to our home away from home! You’ll love our condo for its beautiful views and easy access to the mountain. Inside is a stylishly appointed home, a building hot tub, ski locker room, dog wash, and a ski tune table. We're just a short walk to the slopes or ride the free bus—5 minutes to the mountain or 15 minutes to America's last great ski town! We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum.
