This unit is owned in Saturday-to-Saturday intervals so please do not request to book anything that crosses ownership weeks without first inquiring

The Aspen Mountain Residences (Formerly Hyatt) is a residence club where each owner owns one week, with some units being Sat-to-Sat occupancy and others being Sun-to-Sun. All rentals must fall within a Sat-to-Sat or Sun-to-Sun week. Inquire first if you are looking for something that crossed ownership weeks. Overlooking Wagner Park and just a few feet from the Aspen Food & Wine Classic. Right in the center of town, with direct views of the mountain. Sleeping a maximum of 6 (but better for 4), the unit has a wood burning fire, kitchenette, WiFi and ski storage. On-site parking is on a first come basis, and parking permits can be purchased through the property’s office. Please note - there is no longer a hot tub.
