Great location! Situated two blocks off Main Street close to eateries and shops. Easily walk or bike the Southside. Spacious apartment with cozy amenities. Extra large King Master bedroom, balcony for enjoying coffee or wine. Off-street parking and plenty of street parking if you have family or friends along. The sitting room has a recliner for an afternoon nap or queen sleeper sofa for popcorn and a movie with guests.

The Legacy Suite

Enjoy a modern in‑law suite in South Huntsville. The suite occupies the entire basement floor with no shared interior spaces and a private entrance. My family lives on the main floor. The space is cozy, comfortable, and close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and entertainment—great for work or relaxation. We have two friendly dogs upstairs who do not access the suite, but if you fear dogs, this may not be the best fit.
