The Shed

A self contained garage conversion comprising of - Bedroom (double bed), bathroom, cosy living space with log burner. Kitchen area with hob (NO OVEN), Air fryer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Tea/coffee/milk and some breakfast items (bread/cereals) are provided. As are towels and bedding, toilet roll & hand soap. Outside sitting area with countryside views. 5 minutes walk to coast path. Quaint village pub with beautiful sea views within walking distance. Unfortunately we do not allow any pets.

The Field Room - Hut on The Lizard

Hidden away from the road along a sweeping tree-lined drive, The Field Room is set within the picturesque surroundings of Penvores Farm. Perfectly positioned to explore the Lizard Peninsula's spectacular beaches, secluded coves and dramatic coastal scenery. The space is generous inside and out, thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. A retreat that brings you close to nature in comfort. The Field Room is tucked into a private corner of the property, offering complete seclusion.

Berepper Barns: Cottage 2

Berepper Barns are beautifully converted to a high standard with vaulted ceilings and large windows. Original features such as stained glass windows, granite quoins and reclaimed timber, make the cottages a perfect place to stay. Just a stones throw from the cliff path, within walking distance of 4 fabulous beaches and a great local pub. Gunwalloe has a fantastic community and is bordered by the sea and the Penrose Estate, giving you miles of stunning coastal, wooded and farmland walks.

From the entrance, Mariners looks like a charming little beach bungalow. But, step through the doors into two spacious floors of complete calm and serenity. With views from almost every room, moments from the water’s edge, and a crackling fire for those cosy nights. This is coastal Cornwall at its best!

Lamarth Farm Cottage is part of a new extension to our farmhouse. It is a modern comfortable 2 bedroom cottage, which is dog friendly and ideally situated for exploring the Lizard Peninsula and West Cornwall. You don't need to go far from Lamarth Farm to find sandy beaches, the SW coastal path and small villages with wonderful restaurants and pubs Kynance Cove, St Michaels Mount, Lizard Point, Porthleven and the Helford River and so many more just waiting to be discovered…

A stunningly situated 3 bedroom house, overlooking idyllic Polurrian Beach on the edge of the Lizard. The perfect spot for a magic Cornwall family holiday, the secluded comfy three bed house has incredible sea views and direct access to one of the Lizard's prettiest beaches. There's also a lovely garden and large private field to walk the dog. A short walk to the south-west coastal path, nearby surf spots and great food in Porthleven, there's something for everyone.

Here will find award winning restaurants, beautiful markets and perfect spots for crabbing and fishing with stunning scenery. Porthleven is known for its crazy waves and stormy seas so even on a grey day you won't be disappointed.

Carminowe Valley Cottage

**WI-FI installed 2021** Convenient, comfortable, stylish converted garden barn: en-suite, shower, sitting room, kitchen. Perfect private retreat in NGS garden with woodland, stream and wildlife pond. Suitable for a couple. Dogs welcome by prior arrangement. Footpath from garden is situated in AONB, 5 minutes to Loe Pool, onto the sea and "foodie" Porthleven.

Mellinzeath is a beautiful remote Cornish country cottage nestled at the end of its own long private stone track. Set in the most idyllic private woodland offering the ultimate peace and tranquillity to give you the perfect environment to get away from hustle of modern life. We are very dog friendly and accept up to two well behaved pets.

The Old Sand School

This is a delightful semi-detached cottage which is not only comfortable and stylish but also spacious, welcoming and very well-equipped. It is nestled on a hillside and surrounded by the wooded countryside of the National Trust's Penrose Estate and just over a mile from the pretty harbour village of Porthleven.

Barefoot Barn

A detached stone barn, former design studio, now a light, airy, warm, inviting Cornish escape for two. Less than a mile from Poldhu Cove beach and cafe, popular with surfers and beach lovers. Barefoot Barn is set in an aonb, next door to our farmhouse, with parking.
