Our beachfront house has the best location for those who loves sea and admires nature. Kaprovani is a quiet resort surrounded by pine trees. House is spacious, accommodates 9 people, it has 4 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, 3 balconies and is equipped with everything necessary for a family or group of friends. We offer our guests to stay in our house and enjoy a cozy home, a tranquil atmosphere, the beautiful Black Sea and black magnetic sand beach, for which the coastline of Guria is famous.

Eco-friendly wooden cottage with a wooden interior, large stained glass windows and a great courtyard where the natural landscape is preserved. The magnetic sand of the Black Sea coast is a real miracle of nature! It has been known since the 19th century. Of course, the healing and other unique properties of these sands were first tested by local residents. The sand, with the ability to cure various chronic diseases, is of great interest to physicians and researchers.
