Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Well, this place is truly one of a kind, and just newly renovated right off on highway road and a 24 hours Shell gas station/essential store nearby. There’s not that much to do or see in the area but if you’re looking just to stay somewhere simple in the country side, this is it. Cotton's Cabin

Come get away in our cozy log cabin in a quiet country setting. Cotton's Cabin sits on an 80 acre homestead. There are 2 ponds that guest will have access to, sit on the back porch in the evenings and listen to the frogs and watch the sunset. There are 3 bedrooms all of which are upstairs. All bedrooms have a queen sized bed with one additional pull out sofa bed. Just 20 mins from the Brazos Bend State park, 30 mins from Skydive Spaceland, 45 mins from Downtown Houston and Matagorda beach.

A historic classic RV keeps in open yard for living .It’s been installed two new split air conditioners, electric water heater, refrigerator and induction cooker. It has AC and propane dual systems, which are enough to meet the needs of a safer and more comfortable life. This is a beautiful neighborhood with 12-18 mins to places like Brazos Town Center, Hospitals (Memorial Herman Hospital, Sugar Land, Oak Bend Medical Center, Methodist Hospital- Sugar Land). Its just 8 mins away from all grocery stores you can think off.

This is a brand new building constructed in 2021 and has new amenities for guests to enjoy. This beautiful studio apartment centrally located in the Heights of Houston is home to many nice restaurants, parks, and tourist attractions. This apartment is safe, luxurious, and less expensive than most other hotels or air BNB's in the area. My top priorities to my guests are that the room is clean, organized, and that I over exceed the guests expectations of the apartment and the amenities.
