Have you ever wondered what it would be like to stay overnight in a mini-storage? Probably not, lol! But if you've ever watched HGTV, you'll see that people across the country are creating short-term rentals out of all kinds of crazy things, from shipping containers and barns, to old warehouses. Well, in Cross Lanes WV, we took our cues from those folks on TV and created a short-term rental out of a storage unit! Conveniently located, just off I64, and only 1 mile to the Mardi Gras Casino.

Suite on Sunset Ridge, 26 acres and a small pond.

This remodeled suite, located on the back half of a duplex home, faces our wooded 26 acre lot and short walk to a small pond. It has 2 porches with their own private entrance. This suite has an open area that has a king bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room, 1 full bathroom and a laundry room. Has an additional bedroom that has a full bed, its own tv and locking door. This property is within 15 minutes from 2 major hospitals, Marshall University, downtown Huntington and the Huntington Mall.

Outpost Cabin

Come and see our cabin nestled in a secluded location that is within close proximity to recreational activities and restaurants that will surely please a couple or an entire family. You can enjoy horseback riding trails nearby, hiking trails, golf courses, local parks, and fine dining or a cozy campfire in the evenings to end your day with story-telling and laughter that will last for many years. There is excellent cellphone service, and centrally located between Charleston and Huntington, WV.

Trailer access pull-thru private parking area with a beautiful lighted walking bridge that leads you to the chalet. A beautiful getaway with a spiral staircase leading you to the 2nd story covered porch with a wraparound walking deck. Large firepit area with dried fire wood. Large 12ft by 12ft hammock beside fire pit area. Two person copper tub; private outdoor shower; hot tub and large bed swing. Loft bedroom. Free WIFI. Park Series charcoal grill outside. Welcome to our custom-built brand-new house in the heart of Charleston West Virginia. This house was completed June 2024 and has been furnished, stocked, and designed with the most modern and updated materials. We have specifically designed this house for nightly, weekly or month-long stays. Located 2 blocks from the Charleston Coliseum and a short walk to the lively capitol street. Check out our other house next door to this one, The 314 on Joseph. Children and pets are welcome.

Entire Guesthouse 2 minutes from I-64

Hello, Our guest house is very private, quiet, cozy, secure and exceptionally clean. A great couples retreat with 2+miles of hiking trails and a vast space for outdoor activities and wildlife viewing. The beds are comfortable and the heat and air conditioning are great. We have all the amenities...all linens are furnished. There is a washer, dryer, iron and hair dryer and detergent. We are nestled on over 100 acres of land and are 1000 feet from the nearest highway.

Peggie’s Studio Retreat is nestled in a secluded hollow just minutes from the Bearwallow Trailhead of the Hatfields & McCoys’ Trail System. The space is a large art/photography studio that has been transformed into an inviting living space. You’ll love the peace and quiet after a day on the trails. Relax with the whole family at this beautiful Cabin. A very peaceful place to stay. Sits on the Guyandotte River that's great for kayaking. Very close to the Hatfield McCoy Bear Wallow trailhead. Unload your ATV and hit the trail. Restaurant on site and also very close to a car wash. If you need a place to stay for the holidays while visiting family, this is the place for you! Just a couple of miles from Chief Logan State Park .
