Mit nur 50 Metern Entfernung zum Meer und Strand bietet das Haus eine ideale Lage. Der Flughafen Izmir ist lediglich 35 km entfernt und gut zu erreichen.

Das Haus befindet sich in Kusadasi. Sie befindet sich in einer Wohngebiet. Der Strand ist etwa 500 meter entfernt. Kusadasi großartiger Ort zum Urlaub machen. Das Haus wurde im Juni 2022 komplett renoviert. Die Möbel sind alle neu. Bis zum Stadtzentrum sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fahrt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind vorhanden. Es gibt auch ein Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe. Supermarkt ist in 200 Metern. Izmir Flughafen ist 1 Stunde entfernt

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. Ferienhaus für Familien Villa with Pool Yazlik

Unser klimatisiertes und modernes Ferienhaus ist in der Zeus Park Anlage bei Davutlar-Kuşadasi und wurde 2016 erbaut. Die sichere Anlage mit Pförtner, Überwachungskameras und 2 Pools ist ca. 900 Meter zum Meer entfernt und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Aufgrund des Corona Virus achten wir sehr darauf das Reinigen mit Desinifektionsmittel zwischen den Buchungen. Wlan für das ganze Jahr diese Option ist seit Juni 2023
