Beautifully finished freestanding studio. Full kitchen open plan dining lounge area. Queen sized bedroom with tv and DVD player. Reverse cycle air conditioning and fans. Full sized fridge/freezer. Loads of deer and other wildlife. 15 minutes for the stunning Copeton dam water park. Meals can be ordered and delivered to your studio. Menu and price list available on arrival. We also provide a selection of local products along with seasonal fruit and vegetables.
