A spacious bright and airy tranquil home

Our house is bright, airy and welcoming with an open-plan lifestyle, large sliding doors opening onto a covered verandah and a private courtyard and secure off-street parking. You're just minutes from the beach and shops and our neighbourhood is safe and friendly. The sunny main bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms both have two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Our house is filled with books, love and light and we look forward to your visit!

OKU House - 200 metres from the beach.

OKU House, an OKU YAMA property, is in the front row with a plunge pool on the deck(child safe), close to the lagoon and 200m from the beach. The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (main en-suite). The house is serviced daily at no extra charge. There are two covered decks with gorgeous views of the lagoon and a sheltered barbecue area. The house is on a double plot in a community of 9 timber homes and has a happy holiday feel. It is quiet and scenic without being isolated.

This seaside village offers a kwikspar, gift shop, the largest SHELL MUSEUM IN S.A., library, pont to the beautiful Transkei Wild Coast , a ferry cruise up the Kei River, butcher, fishing, tennis court, bowling green, and restaurants. Oregon Cottage is a cosy, open-plan, self-catering accommodation unit suitable for two, tucked away in the quieter part of town, on the edge of a large, protected, indigenous riverine forest. The forest is home to buck, prolific bird life and many other species of animals, which makes it a perfect hideaway for nature lovers and, in particular, birding enthusiasts. If you are up for it, we can guide you on walks to secret, quieter places of natural beauty.

Our self catering studio, with backup power and aircon, is connected to the main house. It offers a neat and cozy open plan studio style unit with private entrance and private deck. There is remote access and off street parking for 1 vehicle. Double cab bakkies with a tow hitch don’t fit when there’s 2 cars parked in - where on street parking is generally safe in our quiet neighbourhood. Nahoon Beach and river is 1.5km, Spar and restaurants 500m away.
