This pet friendly Cottage is a quaint brick house located at the entrance to Toccoa Falls College, Stephens County Hospital and 1 mile away from Historic Downtown Toccoa. This four bedroom, two bath house can accommodate up to 9 people. (Please note the pricing is for up to four people with extra charges for each guest, over four & pets. This includes infants/children/ get-togethers. It’s perfect for bridal parties, families, prospective students, parents coming to visit students & couples.

Mimi’s House at Goshen Falls is a charming cottage on an mountain estate. This home has an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling, main level bedroom and bath and a loft with bath and 4 single beds. There are three waterfalls that that runs thru the property that are an easy hike from this home. There are many activities nearby such as hiking, zip lining, horseback riding, boating , fishing and shopping in Helen, Clayton . You won’t find a better place to rest and enjoy nature.

Gathering Moss Cottage on Burton

Gathering Moss Cottage is a wonderful family getaway or 2 to 3 couples retreat on Lake Burton. Great views from the screened porch while reading a book or watching the kids play in the lake. Make some great memories at this fantastic cottage. New firepit is in just off the steps leading to the lake. Kayak's are available on site as well as pontoon boat rental from your host delivered to the dock, no pu or drop off. Tubes for tubing behind the boat available for the kids!

The Honeymoon Cottage

This historic honeymoon cottage is located in the heart of Lake Rabun. This rustic cottage was built in the 1930s, and was renovated in 2002.This property is great for honeymooners or for a family of four. There is plenty of space inside and out for fun activities. It is in walking distance to the Lake Rabun Hotel, Hall’s Boathouse, Louie’s on the lake, and the Lake Rabun Pavilion. Don’t miss out on a great place to make some amazing memories.
