Rest easy in this picturesque, very spacious tranquil home ready for you for a relaxing stay. Minutes from umass, 10min to either Amherst or Noho. Not only will you have access to the hot tub and walk in the hay fields behind the house but we are directly across from the Connecticut River. Perfect spot for swimming or kayaking. Enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains/hay and corn fields from multiple rooms in the house. This space is above an all female wood working shop, happy to give tour!

Main Street in Sunderland, we are minutes from UMass, Amherst, Hadley, Deerfield, and located on the local bus route connecting directly to UMass and Amherst. Ideal for stays of any length of time, for business or pleasure during any time of the year and walking distance to the Millstone market, as well the Bridgeside Café. Suite is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Enjoy a comfortable experience at our centrally-located guest suite. Short walk to restaurants and pub. You will have private entry, full bath, separate queen bedroom, and screened in patio. Our airbnb is located close to Amherst Center, a short drive to all the 5 colleges, hiking trails, shopping, markets, and restaurants.
