Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. The apartment is located in the heart of Garðabær with a grocery store, restaurants, a swimming pool, public transportation, all in walking distance (2-8 min) and a 10 min drive to downtown Reykjavík. It offers free parking on the premises and access to a large indoor parking garage. The apartment is fully furnished with wifi and access to a dishwasher, TV, washing machine and dryer.

A cozy and newly renovated Scandinavian-style two bedroom apartment in a quiet family friendly neighborhood that has a lot of nature around it. The apartment is 20 minutes drive from downtown Reykjavík and 30 minute drive from Keflavík airport. There is a free parking spot out front as well as a bus stop right outside. The apartment has two bedrooms, an open living room area with Tv, dining room and a kitchen. There is laundry facilities in the bathroom.

The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .
