Get away from it all in our lovely home. The vast living room makes it ideal for relaxing with family and friends. Upon arrival, you'll find a quiet restful, spacious light-filled room. Two levels, 4 bedrooms house in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful interior design. A Mediterranean garden. A resting outdoor "Zula". Take 10-15 min. stroll along the wild dunes and cross the Aqueduct to a virgin sandy beach. Enjoy the wild views on the way to the Big Blue. Stop at the Aqueduct for photos. Dive in!

Winemaker's Villa in Nature

Winemaker's Villa is close to the beach, family-friendly with the best road and dirt bicycle trails in Israel, as well as hiking trails, natural spring pools and beautiful views. By car we are 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the Train Station and 28 minutes to downtown Tel-Aviv (on the train from Binyamina). It is the perfect place to enjoy a real vacation in nature, do outdoor activities with the family and relax in the garden with a glass of wine. Our unit includes a trampoline.

בית חוף קסום במרחק 3 דקות נסיעה או 20 דקות הליכה נינוחה מהים. כל מה שצריך כדי להרגיש בבית - מטבח מאובזר, בריכת אינטקס בקיץ וג'קוזי בחורף, חצר מרווחת. יחידת הורים פרטית עם מרפסת גדולה המשקיפה אל הים, חדר עבודה ושני חדרי ילדים. מתאים למשפחות או זוגות או המעוניינות לחוות את החיים הקרובים לים בחוף הכרמל. אווירה רגועה ומפנקת לנופש מושלם. בבית גרים שלושה חתולים עצמאיים, יש מכשיר האכלה אוטומטי שצריך למלא מידי פעם, הם עושים צרכים בבית ויש צורך לנקות ארגז חול פעם ביום - לא מתאים לאלרגיים לחתולים.

בית גדול מרווח ומפנק. 4 חדרי שינה, שתי מקלחות ושירותים, קומת עמודים גדולה מקורה וממוזגת עם הרבה משחקים וביניהם שולחן פינג פונג, ושולחן סנוקר מקצועי. חצר אחורית גדולה עם בריכה, מתחם כדורסל וכדורגל וטרמפולינה מקצועית. 7 דקות הליכה לחוף הקרוב. יש טיילת יפה, רצועת חופים ושמורה יפהפיה. בנכס קיימת יחידת דיור נפרדת עם כניסה נפרדת ושביל גישה משותף בה מתגוררים זוג צעיר. החצר של הנכס פרטית ואין חפיפה למעט שביל הגישה. יש שני חתולים בחצר (שלא נכנסים הביתה). אפשר להאכיל או להרחיק לפי רצונכם.

The house includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Additional sleeping options include a sofa and mattresses. Another cabin is available on the spacious grounds (1.5-dunam lot) with additional charge between 3/7-10/7
