Quiet and secluded, surrounded by 28 acres of woods. Perfect for fishermen and recreation. Parking for boat/ trailer. Dock has electric. A canoe is provided. 15-minute boat ride to Clarksville. Launch is 4 miles from property. Private entrance, 2nd floor. No meals served. Over 10 yrs is an extra guest.

This unique custom-built 4,700 sq. ft. luxury lake house is located on the main Kerr Lake (water marker 21) just 1 mile from Downtown Clarksville, VA. The home offers fabulous views, a gorgeous back yard facing the lake, a boat dock, good water depth at the boathouse, and a hot tub. The outside boasts 3 balconies and 1 covered porch, a grill, and plenty of outside furniture. With 3 primary bedroom suites (all with newly renovated ensuite bathrooms and lake views), everyone is going to be happy!

Buggs Island Bungalow

Buggs Island Bungalow One of the oldest residences in Clarksville, the house dates back to the 1800's. We purchased it in 2019 and have lovingly renovated the space and returned it to its former glory. Enjoy all the amenities Clarksville has to offer. Enjoy morning coffee on the screened porch and then stroll to the lake or downtown for antique shopping, and then enjoy a brew at Buggs Island Brewing Company. Please note due to parking constraints we cannot accommodate boat parking.

Beyond the gates of the famous Bob Cage Sculpture Farm, you will find this serene getaway. Your one bed, one bath cabin is steps from a private lake, where nature surrounds you. This unique location puts you less than 3miles from local amenities such as Walmart, Sheetz, Starbucks, Food Lion, and the South Boston Speedway, while still tucked in serenity. We also accept longer term rentals for professionals at a discounted rate. *please note that the fireplace does not work*

Ideal for family or friends traveling together or a couples get away. WiFi weak signal from main house.
