Solrig terrasse med gasgrill og lille overdækket område med have bord og stole. Hytten er renoveret i sommeren 2025 og kan besøges både sommer og vinter. Til de kolde dage er der diverse spil tilgængeligt i hytten. Hytten har TV med casting muligheder.
