This peaceful 4 bedroom ocean front modern home with luxury furnishings and solar heated swimming pool is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The clever design of this home means that 3 of the 4 bedrooms along with the kitchen and living spaces all have views of the ocean to take in. Spend your time chilling out by the pool or take yourself for a stroll along the beach and up to the local cafe and shopping village. Take in some of WA's most stunning sunsets overlooking the pool and Indian Ocean.

The Pool House

The “Pool House” is a 1-bedroom private detached unit at the rear of our property. Set in a quiet neighbourhood 10mins walk to the train station and close to Tafe, the Hospital & “The Forum”. 20mins walk to Silver Sands Beach. A 5min drive will get you to the holiday vibe at the renowned Mandurah foreshore offering boating, waterfront parks, cafes, restaurants and bars. Enjoy shared use of the pool in season. Off street parking with access to your accommodation through a secure side gate.

Waterfront Luxury, Mandurah

Our place overlooks the water and is walking distance to cafes, shops and the beach. You’ll love our place because of the huge balcony, water views, modern interior and the comfy beds. Our place is ideal for one or two couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It is not suitable for small children, parties or gatherings as we have neighbours in close proximity above, below and either side of us.
