Relax by the fireplace, sit outside & watch the stars, light a fire. We provide blankets & wood. A welcome basket & a fully stocked coffee bar for the early mornings are waiting for you.

A slice of heaven 7 miles from Cooperstown 16 min from Cooperstown Dreams Park.Immaculate,quiet, peaceful working rescue farm. Come and unwind and sleep in the hammock.Large firepit,outdoor games,animal interaction. Complimentary free range eggs, oj, butter, bagels,cream ,coffee and tea provided. Outdoor gazebo with bbq grill.Pick your own veggies when in season. Hike the trail or take a paddleboat or canoe on the pond. Try some fishing, interact with rescue animals. The home is on the historical list. It is over 130 years old with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. It has character and charm. It is completely renovated with cable tv, and wifi. The attic is finished and has a double bed and single bed as well. The home is not childproof for toddlers. My home is 26 miles from Cooperstown, Ommengang Brewery and within one mile from the NY thruway. Lovely antique shops in town with places to eat in walking distance. No smoking inside. No pets.

Welcome friends! Great house for baseball season. Each room is large, inviting, and offers wonderful natural lighting with its 56 windows. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Our unique lodging is designed to provide a relaxing experience for 2-4 guests, with a focus on minimizing our environmental impact and supporting local ecological farming. (There are currently NO animals on the farm, as this is primarily a nut tree farm.) All Aboard! Riverfront FJ&G Caboose

Located on our Mohawk Riverfront Property this beautifully renovated historic caboose was originally a D&H (Delaware Hudson) transfer caboose. Later sold to service the FJ&G Fonda, Johnstown & Gloversville area in upstate NY. Includes a full kitchen, full bath and loft area with a double bed. First floor has a queen pull out sofa bed. Smart TV and internet included as well as local channels. Well behaved pets allowed.
