Next Door: a cosy one-bed apartment

All are welcome to stay in my quiet property, not far from the town centre. With its own patio and parking space(s), it is attached to my home but has a separate entrance and is completely private. You’re welcome to use my garden with its sheltered hammock - perfect for shade in the heat or for shelter if it's raining. It can be converted to a double bed-swing too. Enjoy the books and games provided, small free weights and yoga mat, or make use of the KitchenAid and do some baking. Indulge!

A unique property that offers the tranquility of rural living combined with the convenience of nearby attractions such as Liverpool J.L Airport (10 mins) and Liverpool City Centre (20 mins). Situated in the heart of Tarbock Green (an ancient village that actually pre-dates the city of Liverpool itself!), this newly-built accommodation offers space for 4 adults, as well as lovely gardens, outdoor dining on the large deck and free of charge use of the 6-person hot tub (24 hours notice required).

Our lovely 3 bedroom apartment, next to Victoria Park, provides a comfortable home from home in central Widnes. Well located for access by car to Liverpool, Manchester & North Wales. Old Traffford, Trafford Centre & Liverpool One are approx 30 minutes drive away. With great views down to the Runcorn bridge, it's close to shops, a large retail park and market, pubs and restaurants. 3 double bedrooms and a very spacious lounge/dining area are a great space whether working away or visiting family.

La casita is a 1 bedroom bungalow within the grounds of my parents’ residence that has been lovingly renovated by us to create a ‘home away from home’ for guests. The property features an open plan lounge/kitchen- diner with a comfortable seating area and a 40 inch flatscreen TV. The kitchen features a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge as well as kitchenware to cook with. There is an also a breakfast bar with 2 seats. A hairdryer/iron and board are provided.

We are located on the main bus route into Liverpool and between 2 train stations with quick access into Liverpool and Manchester. You will have private entrance to the property with parking available if needed. So whether you are working near by, visiting friends or family, supporting your favourite team or Theatre show we will be sure to make you feel right at home. We will be near enough to help you if you need us .

One-bedroom cosy bungalow with open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area and a bed settee that makes into a small double for up to 2 extra guests. Furnished to a high standard, the bungalow is located in a quiet, residential area of Runcorn with local shops within walking distance and the main railway station a 5 minute drive. Parking is available directly in front of the property. The bungalow is also a 15 minute drive to Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport and 25 minutes to Manchester Airport.

The cottage is a quaint but spacious 3 bed cottage set back down a private road. There is parking available and also a garden to enjoy The cottage is not suitable for groups of young adults wishing to party ( hen ,stag parties ,festivals) as we are situated in a quiet private road with lovely neighbours. We welcome families and tourists visiting the area We also welcome contractors and can offer great flexibilty to work with team leaders in making the house work for the requirements

Our one bedroom apartment is beautifully finished and furnished making it an ideal and cost effective place to stay whilst on business or visiting family or friends. There is a large array of activities to do in a very close proximity to the apartment. All the entertainment and buzz of Warrington Centre with the peace and quiet and security of being in a gated complex!

Welcome to our annexe! Situated in our back garden (with its own private entrance) , our cosy annex was completed in 2021 to a high standard. The annex comprises of double bedroom, bathroom, living area (that can be converted into a separate sleeping area) and a well equipped kitchenette. Located centrally within Chapelford, there is a pub (serving food), supermarket, chemist, park and train station (with direct trains to Manchester and Liverpool) all within a 3 minute walk.

Our place offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, with all the modern amenities you could wish for.
