This upmarket, executive property has easy motorway access and is perfect for commuters working in the North West. With a dedicated work-space, a large and comfortable lounge, master bedroom with en-suite wet room, it is perfect for working from home or relaxing after a hard day's work. The property would equally suit couples; it is perfectly located for day trips to Chester, Liverpool or Manchester by car or train. Otherwise, stay in and relax by the fire in the large, open-plan kitchen-diner.

La casita is a 1 bedroom bungalow within the grounds of my parents’ residence that has been lovingly renovated by us to create a ‘home away from home’ for guests. The property features an open plan lounge/kitchen- diner with a comfortable seating area and a 40 inch flatscreen TV. The kitchen features a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge as well as kitchenware to cook with. There is an also a breakfast bar with 2 seats. A hairdryer/iron and board are provided.

You will have private entrance to the property with parking available if needed. Located centrally within Chapelford, there is a pub (serving food), supermarket, chemist, park and train station (with direct trains to Manchester and Liverpool) all within a 3 minute walk.
