An epicentre of British rock ’n’ roll in the 60s, bands such as The Who, Rolling Stones and Pink Floyd played some of their first gigs; it is now a much more tranquil place, home to numerous artist studios. This luxury private flat in a converted boatyard is hard to believe until you enter.

You will enjoy my place because of its location, the outdoor space, the ambiance and the quiet neighbourhood.
