You’ll love my place because of your own private BBQ and outdoor area. Clean and modern unit, in a nice central location.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Our apartment is suitable for self isolation, the only criteria being previous good reviews from airbnb hosts.

Lifestyle property with 6 bedrooms, large living room, 3 bathrooms, quality appliances and swimming pool (summer only). Easy access to all destinations in Hamilton and Cambridge. We prefer business booking. Due to a pool on site, young guests may not be accepted due to safety. School booking will be approved on a case by case basis, depending the nature of the group and supervision you provide.

We are across the road from the river walks, bus stop and a few blocks from Hayes common cafe. Minutes by car to the gardens, hospital and city centre or walk along the river one way to the garden or the other to the CBD. A great base to explore Hamilton or the wider Waikato region!

Walk to Southern Cross Hospital and City Centre. 5 minutes to Waikato Hospital and Claudelands Showgrounds. The entire inside of the unit is private; there is no shared bathroom or kitchen. We have a shared driveway and pathway to the unit. 2 person maximum. Great river walk and park across the road.
