Tree lined garden cottage - no cleaning fees

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Eco-built Rammed Earth Homestay

This special place is close to everything, just off the motorway but set in in a quiet lifestyle neighbourhood. Enjoy your own seperate wing of this unique rammed earth home. Two bedrooms, each with queen sized beds. Has separate toilet, and bathroom includes shower and stand alone bath. Includes separate facilities for heating food, making tea, coffee and toast etc & mini fridge. Close to town, has Uber and Uber Eats connections and fantastic walks close by on the Waikato River Trail.

Our unique place is close to everything you will need. A short walk to the FMG Stadium, close to Supermarkets & Hamilton City Centre. Located down a long driveway, off the road & private. Spacious homey living room with large sofa, bean bag, table & chairs, lamp. One bedroom with queen bed, side table, single bed & lamp. A fourth person must bring their own towel and sleeping bag. Heat Pump Air-Conditioner in living room only. Two off road car parks. Close to the main highway SH1.

Peaceful & centrally located, The Loft is perfect for your next stay in Hamilton. Unwind with a fresh brew on the private deck overlooking the pool & garden, or take a short walk up to Tills Lookout for panoramic views, or a little further for stunning rural views including Mt Pirongia. Only 3 mins drive to Taitua Arboretum (or a 27 min scenic walk), 9 mins to the Hamilton Lake, 11 mins to The Base Shopping Centre, 35 mins to Raglan. The Squeeze Me Inn

The Squeeze Me Inn is a cute little guesthouse sitting behind a grand old villa. It’s a bit like the TARDIS small on the outside deceptively roomy on the inside. Walking distance to city bars, restaurants and Centre Place for shopping. Five doors down towards the river walks is the popular Kirk Cafe. Five minutes walk to Claudelands Event Centre with the Roaming Giant gastro pub just opposite. Cricket grounds and Waikato Stadium all within walking distance.

We hope you will enjoy your stay at our small Sleep Out. Please note, due to Council compliance, we cannot provide you with a sink in the kitchen and running water for cooking and cleaning purposes. The small bathroom does however have a small sink and tap for use. Please DO Not book this unit if you want to cook your own meal. This unit only suits for guests who will dine out or by take away home.
