A peaceful hideaway amongst the trees. Enjoy the sounds of nature with plenty of bird life and small stream running along the boundary, home to many eels and native Kokopu. You'll never know you're in the city. The unit, separate from the main house, is self contained with a toilet and shower. Please note there are no cooking facilities however a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster are provided. Conveniently situated within a 5 min drive or 30 min walk of the city centre with plenty of parking

Tree lined garden cottage - no cleaning fees

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Unwind with a fresh brew on the private deck overlooking the pool & garden, or take a short walk up to Tills Lookout for panoramic views, or a little further for stunning rural views including Mt Pirongia. Only 3 mins drive to Taitua Arboretum (or a 27 min scenic walk), 9 mins to the Hamilton Lake, 11 mins to The Base Shopping Centre, 35 mins to Raglan. Supermarket, café and takeaways just down the road.

The University and Waikato Hospital are a 10-minute drive. The house is secure and warm with great linen and amenities.
