Parking available. 10 min drive to South Beach 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. Excellent Wifi , Netflix. Kitchen has basic provisions and appliances. Webber BBQ. NB booking requests for stays over 6 weeks will incur a reasonable extra cleaning charge.

Our studio has all the creature comforts, King Koil Chiro mattress, beautiful cotton bamboo sheets, TV in the bedroom as well as a 55cm TV in the lounge area. It is located in our front garden and surrounded by native trees. It is separate from the main house but we are always around to answer any questions. This is a smoke free property. Please note that the studio is elevated and the ability to navigate a few steps to get to the front door are necessary :)
