Home Away From Home is 850 square feet, 2 bedrooms w/ full kitchen, bath, laundry, newly done. We are close to beautiful views, and nice restaurants.Cazenovia Lake has parks, boating and swimming. Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and even small families will find solace here. Welcome!

The Barn on Evergreen Farm

Beautifully decorated, newly renovated second floor loft apartment above a spacious barn offers an ideal get away for those inclined towards a true farm experience without the need to sacrifice modern amenities or travel great distances. Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. There is a 2 night min. for groups of 3 or 4, and limits on guests from multiple households.

Approximately 30 minutes from Oneonta NY, Cooperstown NY, The Cooperstown Dream Parks, Hamilton NY, and 20 minutes from Norwich NY. State lands for hunting are also close by. The apartment has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other with a twin. Living room sofa also converts into a bed for additional sleeping space

Our place is the perfect spot for Families, Professionals, or Anyone looking to explore the area or make a visit back to town. Just Steps away from the Museum District in Norwich. Explore the Chenango County Historical Society, Bullthistle Model Railroad & Museum as well as the Famous Northeast Classic Car Museum. All located on the same street as this unit, within a short 3-4 minute walk. We are Pet Friendly & are located a five minute walk just down the street, to Greenway Park- Dog Park!!!

The Fuller House - 15 Mins From Colgate

Newly renovated family home located in the smallest (& quietest) town in upstate NY. 15 minutes from Colgate University and a short drive to Cooperstown, the Hall of Fame, Dreams Park and All-Star Village! Open concept first floor with custom bar top, great for gathering and entertaining. Sleeps 6 comfortably (2 queens, 1 double) and can sleep an additional 2 guests on the pull out couch. Organic eggs are in the fridge for you to enjoy from our free range chickens. Close to Colgate/Morrisville/Hamilton Colleges.

Close to Colgate, Cazenovia, Hamilton, Morrisville colleges (15-20 minutes) SU and Lemoyne 30 minutes Lakeview Amphitheater, Carrier Dome 30 minutes Finger Lakes wine trail about an hour and half Shopping, convenience stores, 14 restaurants, all within a 2-3 minute walk Subs, pizza, craft beer, deli, fine dining, organic, all within sight. We don't mind children but no cribs and child care needs are available If you can provide for child/babies needs while here we allow them

Come relax and unwind in our newly renovated cottage! Set on 2 acres overlooking the hills and valleys of beautiful Central New York, you'll feel a million miles away in this exquisite 1200 sq ft home. A 5 minute walk brings you to Chittenango Falls Park, with its majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away

Beautiful, spacious, two-bedroom private suite. The Farmhouse is located on 50 acres of farmland in our beautiful river valley. We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas. Great location for professors, parents, students, outdoor enthusiast and anyone exploring the Finger lakes! We hope you enjoy your stay and come back again.

Features a fully equipped kitchen, 70" TV, Wi-Fi, and fire pit. Perfect for a peaceful getaway. Note: Lake is drawn down but our water access is unaffected. A larger shoreline is to be expected.
