Very cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath house with great kitchen, central AC and WiFi on private Tuscarora Lake. This house has a full kitchen, washing machine/dryer and kayaks, canoes, show shoes and more.

Cozy cottage conveniently located in the Village of Hamilton. Just a 10-minute walk to the village green, restaurants, and cafes, and a 20-minute walk to Colgate University. Ideal for a Colgate family visiting their student, or two (2) sets of parents in town to see their athletes in action! Not suited for small children. ** Colgate Parents: The Cottage is booked for Graduation Weekend through 2029, but we'd love to have you stay with us while visiting your student during the school year.

With an excellent location on Broad St. in Hamilton Village, the space is just a block walk to campus or downtown. There is a private entrance to the ensuite on the 1st floor (keyless entry code). It has a private bath (shower), king bed, smart TV with basic cable, Keurig, mini fridge, sitting area, and WiFi. A mini-split provides heat and air conditioning. Also, a fireplace w/remote control. A twin rollaway is available upon request. This suite is perfect for campus visitors.

Perfect for Colgate University visitors! One bedroom private in-law-style suite in Hamilton, N.Y. located 2.5 miles from campus. Queen size bed in bedroom, and pull-out couch in living room (full) will comfortably sleep four. Air mattress also included in apartment. Apartment has private entrance, kitchenette that includes microwave, hot plate (no stove). Complimentary wi-fi and Roku with access to Hulu and Netflix, bath towels for four guests, and toiletries.

We fell in love with this elegant home on a visit to Colgate with our daughter. Built in the 1800s, the home was completely and beautifully renovated in 2019 by the previous owners. It sits on an idyllic street, five minutes walking distance to both Colgate and downtown Hamilton. When we're not in town cheering on Colgate tennis, we hope to continue the tradition of providing a convenient and comfortable space for guests to make memories in Hamilton.
