"The Shed"

At first glance, yes it's a shed. But explore further and you will find an unique Aussie experience, a fully functional self contained room. Shower, toilet and kitchenette. All private and seperate from our house. It's normally used for overnighters by family and friends. Please be open minded in your expectations, it's not the Ritz, Hilton, Taj Mahal but what it is clean, tidy, private affordable accomadation. Single or couple. Please note that toilet, shower and sink are located in same room.

Topp House is one of the original heritage interest houses along Bethany Road. Bethany ( Bethanien) established 1842 the oldest German settlement in the Barossa Valley. 1881 Courthouse, Judge's Chamber

Built in 1881, in historic Church Hill, with modern amenities, the quiet, central Gawler location offers an unique, private, short accommodation option, close to the Barossa Valley. Happy to share the experience of such a wonderful, majestic building at better-than-caravan park-prices. Located to the rear of the Courthouse, guests enter a luxury ensuite, into an expansive bedroom with couch and table. The massive, freestanding bath is divine. Initial breakfast supplies are provided in the room.

Halletts Valley Hideaway

Charmaine and Steve are the hosts at Halletts Valley Hideaway - a luxurious self-contained cottage tucked away amidst vineyards on the outskirts of Tanunda, in the heart of the beautiful Barossa Valley. The property was rebuilt from the ground up in 2017, blending original timber beams and local stone with contemporary design to offer guests a haven of peace and comfort. Enjoy panoramic views of rolling hills, spectacular Barossa sunsets, kangaroos amongst the vines and blue wrens on the lawn.

This fully furnished,self-contained, stand alone, two bedrooms plus sofa bed, guest unit is nestled on ten acres. It is private, well off the main road, pet friendly with private backyard. The main house is 200m away. Yards for horses are opposite the unit. Dressage arena and 650m track are available. Close by trail riding, cycling/ walking paths, historical townships (Gawler, Two Wells). Barossa Valley is 25km away. Come enjoy peace and quiet, whilst being close to amenities.

Ovenden Lodge Guesthouse

OVENDEN LODGE offers dog-friendly accommodation, in a self-contained "granny flat" surrounded by open paddocks at the southern entrance to historic Gawler. With its ponies, birds and chickens, it is a quiet, private retreat for 1-2 adults, complete with cedar hot tub and sauna. Unfortunately, due to the ponds and animals on the property, Ovenden Lodge is NOT suited for children. Dogs and ponies are welcome by individual prior arrangement.

Old Mill Cottage

Old Mill Cottage is ideal for a quiet getaway with its picturesque garden to relax in. It is close to Dutton Park Recreation area including the Golf Course and Trotting Track. Walking distance to the main street with great eateries and up to date information centre. The Historic Mine site and the Mawson, Heysen and Kidman walking trails are on the doorstep. Kapunda is nestled between the famous Barossa and Clare wine regions.
