Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

About 4 blocks from downtown- walk/bike to Lake Michigan, restaurants, breweries, etc. Short drive to Ludington State Park, Pentwater, and Silver Lake. WIFI, Roku, bedding, towels, Coffee maker for both pods or standard pot, crockpot, & more.

Quiet hours (10:00 PM-8:00 AM), parking for 3 vehicles. - No smoking - Pet friendly w/ $60 pet fee per pet/per stay (+ fees & taxes, 2 max) - No events, parties, or large gatherings -Min age 25.
