My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Welcome to our cozy and stylish 2nd floor garage apartment! We're thrilled to have you as our guest and hope your stay here will be memorable and comfortable. Everything in this apartment is brand new. Hampton beach is 4 min drive, 40 mins walking, 16 mins bicycle Good access to freeways, We are closed to the beautiful seacoast line, ports like Portsmouth NH, Rye NH, Kittery, Portland ME, Newburyport MA, only 50 mins to Boston, great restaurants, beautiful landscaping walks, and state parks.

Beach House

Our comfortable accessory apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the beach or to the center of the Salisbury Beach business district where guests can enjoy a stroll on the newly refurbished boardwalk or visit the shops, arcades or view fireworks every Saturday night in the summer. Guests may walk to the Blue Ocean Music Hall or take a quick 2 mile drive or bike ride into the State Reservation, to our favorite place to spot seals at low tide. There are also facilities, beach and a playground.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Antique New England getaway . Recently renovated, but tastefully original. Everything you need is within walking distance; shopping, grocery, dining, lake, short drive/ride to beach. The space is about 900sqft; 1 bathroom, king bedroom, queen bedroom, queen pull-out couch, and an additional room in which a twin bed can be put (upon request). It will comfortably hold 4 adults, but will accommodate up to 7.

All the shops, restaurants, rich history, festivities, and nightlife are right here a few steps away! Enjoy the sunsets over the river while sipping a glass of wine on the front steps before going out. Open the Dutch Door to watch the Tugboats and get all the smells from the restaurants surrounding you. It will be hard not to eat out every night.
