Enjoy our remodeled (2021) farm and charm cabin with its rustic farm decor & its cozy and inviting atmosphere. With lots of space, it is private and fully equipped with all you might need for the perfect getaway, vacation, retreat, reunion, or a “just because” weekend! We DO NOT allow PARTIES where ALCOHOL is involved. NO PETS! A binder (on kitchen table) will have a plethora of information regarding your stay, local eateries, attractions. Bring the whole family to this great retreat from the world with lots of room for fun on 333 acres with 5 miles hiking trails. Large kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living room area spaces one in the loft with ping pong. A large front porch with swing and patio with dining and seating with a view. We also have a firepit for bonfires. Ideal for families to come together to play and reconnect. Our driveway has an adjustable basketball net, pickleball and cornhole and we have a gym area.

Cherokee Lake and Holston River are within minutes if you like to fish or boat. Hiking, kayaking and other nature activity is all around us here in Tennessee. Enjoy peace and quiet in our quiet East Tennessee home, Brook n Wood Farms. Nestled in a quiet hollow in the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains, this two bedroom farmhouse is the perfect quiet get away. There is plenty to do within a 90 minute or less drive. We have worked hard to renovate this old farm house, doing our best to keep as much of the original work as possible.
