Enjoy our remodeled (2021) farm and charm cabin with its rustic farm decor & its cozy and inviting atmosphere. With lots of space, it is private and fully equipped with all you might need for the perfect getaway, vacation, retreat, reunion, or a “just because” weekend! We DO NOT allow PARTIES where ALCOHOL is involved. NO PETS! A binder (on kitchen table) will have a plethora of information regarding your stay, local eateries, attractions. We hope you enjoy our little piece of country paradise!

Bring the whole family to this great retreat from the world with lots of room for fun on 333 acres with 5 miles hiking trails. Large kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living room area spaces one in the loft with ping pong. A large front porch with swing and patio with dining and seating with a view. We also have a firepit for bonfires. Ideal for families to come together to play and reconnect. Our driveway has an adjustable basketball net, pickleball and cornhole and we have a gym area.

This newly remodeled retreat is located about 2 1/2 miles from the town of Sneedville on Prospect Ridge. It provides all the basic amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the view, go for a walk or just relax inside, reading or watching TV. Join us, unplug and relax.

Valley View at Conley Farms

Located just 10 minutes from beautiful historic Rogersville, TN this AirBnB is located at Conley Farms at Big Creek. We are a wedding venue and working cattle farm. The beautiful park-like setting makes it a great place to unwind. Enjoy walking trails, or a bit of creek play (water shoes recommended). The large covered porch with beautiful views & comfy seating make an ideal spot to enjoy a book or even an outside meal. For larger gatherings we do have additional Airbnbs on site.

The best is you do not have to fight the crowds in Smoky Mountain tourist traps!

Spend time nature watching, fishing. kayaking or simply just relaxing on the front porch. Equipped with outdoor shower, gas grill and picnic area. Spend the night around the fire pit making smores or curl up inside and play board games with family or friends.

Enjoy peace and quiet in our quiet East Tennessee home, Brook n Wood Farms. Nestled in a quiet hollow in the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains, this two bedroom farmhouse is the perfect quiet get away. There is plenty to do within a 90 minute or less drive. We have worked hard to renovate this old farm house, doing our best to keep as much of the original work as possible.
