Fantastiskt skärgårdsboende!

Detta unika, fantastiska hus är byggt på 1700-talet men har renoverats flitigt under åren där gammal charm möter nytt. Huset är toppmodernt med bra faciliteter och värmesystem. Välisolerat. Allrummet med kök och vardagsrum mäter 4 meter i takhöjd och har braskamin och ett stort glasparti som ger en fantastisk utsikt mot poolen och havet. Det finns flera altandäck på tomten om totalt 300 kvm. Omgivningarna är vackra med hav, rikt djurliv och mycket skog samt 15 minuter gångavstånd till sjökrog.

Nybyggd Minivilla med lyxig känsla i natursköna områden. Sjö och kanotuthyrning nås på kort promenadavstånd, Tyresta naturreservat ligger inpå husknuten med milslånga vandringsleder och löpspår. Koppla av i bubbelpoolen under stjärnorna. Här andas lugnet medans citypulsen endast ligger 15 minuters bilfärd bort. Utan bil tar du dig istället smidigt in med bussen. Welcome to our modern tiny cabin in Tungelsta – just 30 minutes from Stockholm. Here, you'll stay next to the forest, with easy access to the Sörmlandsleden trail and beautiful hiking paths. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. It is all private and not shared with others. A cozy holiday retreat for couples, small families or friends – in any season.

Nära badplatser, vandringsleder och buss/pendeltåg. Städning, sänglinne och ett handduksset per person ingår. Rökning och husdjur ej tillåtet.

Välkomna hem till oss! Vår villa har gott om plats för att skapa härliga semesterminnen för både vuxna och barn. På tomten finns en privat pool, lekställning, studsmatta och stor gräsmatta. I garaget finns även biljardbord och pingisbord. För de långa ljusa sommarkvällarna finns en grill och möjlighet till ett dopp i spabadet. I huset bor även vår katt Harry som ett trevligt sällskap till er under er vistelse.

Mycket fridfullt boende i mindre villa i populära Gladö kvarn. Endast 7 km från Huddinge centrum & 22 km till Stockholms central. Huset är beläget på en återvändsgränd och har en mycket charmig trädgård med uteplatser och bubbelpool. Endast 500 bort ligger Kvarnsjön, som har med flera badplatser, paddelbana, lekplatser och brygga.
