My place is on a slope planted with olive trees and pines and a nice view to small capes, Kassandra and mount Olympos. There is a proximate access to the road that connects village Nikiti with village Marmaras. The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house is suitable for a couple or family of three. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. Access to nature beauty through a footpath.

It has a unique sea view where the visitors may enjoy the sea and the sun all day long!!!It is big( around 65sq metres),sunny and airy!!! It is a fantastic ground floor apartment with nets for the mosquitos and the flies and with direct access to the beach!! Themidas House

The house is a 3-storey,110m2 big which was built in 2008. There're 5 bedrooms,one living room-kitchen two bathrooms,a WC and a warehouse. There're two big porches equiped with two dinner tables and a bbq also. There're two gardens too. There's parking space in front of the house,enough for 3 cars.Access to the house is very easy. The main entrance to the house is on the street which is close to the central road of the village.

Andromeda's Apartments

Just 5 metres from the beach of Pefkohori, Andromeda's Apartment offers a full sea view and private parking. Access to the parking lot is only possible during the hours from 8:00am to 18:00pm and from 1:00am to 18:00pm.
