An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

You won't find anything else like this in Wheeling! Located on an up-and-coming street in the eclectic, vibrant and very walkable Centre Market district. Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

Grand By Design Farm Guest Suite

We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.

The Moody Fox

***brand new hot tub*** A little two bedroom wooden cabin. Enjoy a crisp, cool morning with a cup of coffee. Enjoy the views of color changing mountains. Warm up in the hot tub under the stars. Have a nice warm cup of apple cider by the bonfire overlooking the mountains. Bring your atv and enjoy adventure riding in the back country of Wirt county. After a long day, cuddle up on the couch and watch a move in front of the fireplace. 4wd required a steep driveway.

Lockmaster House

Originally built in 1912, the Lockmaster house has a lot of character, located in Marietta's Historic Harmar District, right on the Muskingum River. It's within walking distance of several restaurants, biking/walking path, and downtown opportunities. Electronic keypad entry allows for quick and easy access to this one of kind 3 bed, 3 bath historical home. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

Sugar Shack Inn

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.

Renner Cabin- 2 bedrooms with hot tub & sauna

Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years.
