Move in ready and fully furnished in beautiful Oceanpointe. This home is available for monthly rental and ideal for mid-term and long-term stays. Guests pay monthly rent and utilities only without the traditional first, last, & security deposit required thanks to Airbnb coverage. A $500 USD REFUNDABLE utility deposit is required, with the balance returned after final utility charges are deducted. Likewise usage above the deposit will be billed to guests. Utility is NOT included in the rent.
